Empowering educators for a better tomorrow
OUR STORY
Aid for International Teachers (AFIT) a 501 c3 nonprofit, the brainchild of Dr. Britton was born out of her desire to serve the community of International Teachers in the United States. Dr Britton is a career educator who answered the call to teach in the United States and gained firsthand experience of the many challenges facing international teachers. These challenges not only impact the smooth transition of these brave educators but also their families; their main support systems in this new environment. It is evident that the success of international teachers is largelydependent on their ability to quickly maneuver these challenges and seamlessly integrate in their respective teaching communities. The incorporation of AFIT in 2022 brought together individuals who are passionate about the empowerment of international educators and their families.
Our Mission
Assist International Teachers and their families in the United States through service, stewardship of resources and support in settling in their communities while serving the educational community they are assigned

Testimonials
Hello,
My name is Felicia Mbillaa Ghanaian and a soon to be exchange teacher in the USA.
This is possible because of the amazing works of Dr. Britton and her able team. I started watching this intelligent hardworking selfless young lady immediately after applying to teach as an international teacher. I must say her videos are so educative and inspiring. Through her videos, I was successful during my visa interview and have so much notes already even as I begin my first 10 days as an international teacher. Dr. Britton, I simply want you to know you make things much better through your educative and inspiring videos. In fact, I have started recommending your social media handles to many Ghanaian teachers who wish to be international teacher. God bless you for all you do, cheers!
Much love from Ghana
Dr. Britton has been a blessing and I believe she was ordained to this on her channel. You have helped so many teachers by opening their eyes to opportunities and what to expect. When I first signed up for teach savannah it was your video that assisted me along the way. You have been so kind and would respond to any query I had about the process. Now I’m successful and you are still here with me when the need arises. Thank you so much and please continue to do good in the teaching neighborhood.
