Stephanie Williams-Britton, Ed.D. (Founder & CEO)

Stephanie Williams-Britton is a career educator who has garnered over twenty years teaching experience in Jamaica and the United States of America. After experiencing a difficult transition as an international educator, Dr. Britton thought of ways to alleviate these challenges for other educators making this transition, hence giving birth to AFIT. Dr. Britton’s passion to help international educators knows no bounds as is evident by her YouTube platform, “Kicking with Dr. Britton” where she shares information with educators globally. She strongly believes in diversity in education and the importance of international educators in creating this paradigm.

Britton ascribes to Les Brown’s belief that, “You don’t have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great.”

“Diversity produces excellence” - Stephanie Williams-Britton
